Where can I find Pleasant Hearth EA-5010 Easton Glass Firescreen Midnight Black, Small Good build qualityBy ChrisI was looking for an alternative to an expensive gas fireplace insert, and thought this looked like a good option. I first saw it on Amazon, but when I saw a display model in another store I was convinced. I bought on Amazon since they actually had it in stock, whereas you will have to special order other places. This fireplace is well-built; the gauge of the steel is very thick and the doors opened and closed flawlessly without adjustments (there are instructions for how to adjust the doors).Installation was super easy. You really can install without any tools if you don't use the riser bar, which is a 2" bar that makes the fireplace a bit taller depending on the size of your fireplace. Even that only required a screwdriver and pliers. It is basically attached by clamping to the steel beam that is standard on the inside of a masonry fireplace.
