BrooksThe 838.993.11 round over bit does nothing but impress!The quality of the cut that this bit produces is just amazing. Any material I throw at it is just sculpted with ease. From cheap ol pine, to composites like MDF, even polycarbonates like Lucite and Lexan, this bit just produces a smooth clean cut that requires no other sanding or prep work.If I were to compare this to the Freud 34-134, I would give this CMT bit the nod over the Freud. Why you ask? Price and quality. On the Freud I had to replace the bearing because it got gummed up after cutting a bunch of MDF despite constantly cleaning it and having a dust collector.I have yet to find any flaw with this bit.
